Your failure to enforce a particular right given here shall not preclude its subsequent exercise, nor limit any remedy that might have otherwise been available for breach at the time of enforcement; however no action or claim will be entertained if arising from an issue which was known priorly by you but never raised with us within one month thereafter following actual occurrence.
